Equipment will range from but not limited to, belt conveyors, excavating heavy equipment, troubleshooting hydraulic pump units, basic yellow equipment maintenance / troubleshooting, railcar unloading loading systems. Responsibilities:Perform a pre/post shift equipment inspections.Maintain and report spare parts inventory.Properly record and complete maintenance reports and service records.Repair and maintain pumps, motors, hydraulics, conveyors, mobile and plant specific equipment.Complete PM services on plant and process equipment.Assist with re railing of railcars, cleanup of spilled rail cars, and track repairs.Must be willing to perform any other special tasks assigned by management.Supports the Savage S7 Delivery System.Skills/Qualifications: High School DiplomaExperience with automated equipment and basic computers are a plus.Must have a strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background.Experience and certification operating a crane is a plus.At least 5 years of experience with conveyors, changing rollers, pulleys, motors, changing and vulcanizing belts, hoppers, magnets, scales, etc.At least 5 years of experience with heavy equipment maintenance and repair.Knowledge and working experience with different types of welding and cutting
