Here's what we offer:

• Average weekly pay of $1725-$2425 with top performers earning $2800 per week
• Guaranteed home time every week, although weekends are not guaranteed
• One week of training and you can bring your riders or pets along
• Paid training at $150 per day
• Operating in VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV
• Competitive pay rates of $.60-$.73 CPM, with an additional $250/Unload pay
• Additional $125 per week for drivers who work the entire week and complete three loads
• Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off after 30 days

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 months of OTR or regional driving experience in the last 36 months
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 in the last 12 months
• No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years
• Must not have failed or refused a DOT Drug/Alcohol test (no SAP drivers)
• Maximum of two DOT Recordable Preventable violations in the last 3 years (no accidents or fatalities in the last 5 years)
• For major moving violations (15 , following too close, reckless/careless), no more than one in the last 12 months

Please note that this position involves 100% touch freight, where you will be responsible for loading boxes onto a conveyor belt for store personnel. Retrieval at the distribution center is hook and go.
