At Savage Labs, located in the heart of Miami's Wynwood neighborhood, we are renowned for hosting an eclectic mix of events ranging from live music sessions to corporate gatherings. We're seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician to ensure that every event sounds and looks spectacular.

Your Role:

As an Audio Visual Technician at Savage Labs, you will be the backbone of all our live and recorded events. You'll handle everything from setting up audio mixers and microphones to managing lighting and video equipment, ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate sound and visual equipment for live events and recordings.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on AV equipment to prevent malfunctions.
• Manage audio feeds to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Coordinate with event coordinators and performers to meet specific audio-visual needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Assist in the design and setup of AV equipment for special projects.
• Maintain an inventory of all AV equipment and supplies.

Who You Are:

• Experienced with at least 2 years in audio-visual operations, preferably in a live event setting.
• Technically proficient with various types of AV equipment including lighting, sound, and video recording.
• A problem solver who can think quickly on their feet.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, according to event schedules.
• A team player who is eager to work in a dynamic, creative environment.
