Sault Fitness & Cycle is Hiring a Spin Instructor Near New Bedford, MA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for educating and guiding individuals in various fitness programs and activities. This is an exciting opportunity to share your expertise and passion for fitness with others.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective fitness programs for individuals or groups
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and safety precautions
- Demonstrate exercises and routines to participants
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and support
- Modify exercises or routines as needed to accommodate different fitness levels or limitations
- Provide education on nutrition, health, and wellness topics
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and human anatomy
- Previous experience as an Instructor or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain and demonstrate exercises
- Knowledge of various fitness disciplines such as dance, kickboxing, CrossFit, etc.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and modify instruction based on individual needs
- Experience in sports coaching or personal training is a plus
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction and achieving results
- Passion for fitness and helping others reach their fitness goals
