Part-time Receptionist

Saturday and Sunday

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare setting and possess strong customer service skills. This position offers an opportunity to be the first point of contact for our organization, providing essential support to both staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
