750.00 SIGN ON BONUS plus 75.00 WEEKLY ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE
The Plant Floater will learn all jobs within the production area in order to fill in or help out as needed. Some of the tasks are; case stacking, case packing, egg loading, machine operator, inspecting, and some computer data entry of products for production. 
Work Schedule;
Days - Monday to Friday
Hours - 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in the production area as assigned
• Keeps work area clean
• Counts all incoming products and verifies against invoice, making appropriate changes if needed
• Stocks items needed to keep production running smoothly
• Able to operate an electric jack or pump jack in a safe manner, training provided
• Able to assist in training new employees
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and able to multi task
• Must be able to interact with co-workers and supervisors
• Must remain aware of surroundings at all times to prevent injuries
• Must have basic computer and data entry skills
• Must be able to stand 8 hours at a time; reach, bend, and squat; push/pull constantly; and lift 30-60 pounds
• Must have basic math skills
