This position is responsible for developing and managing a team as well as being responsible for ensuring the highest level of employee satisfaction and efficiency of operations possible. This position will assist the production manager with hiring, training and managing downtime, labor and yields.
This is a hands-on position where you will be working various positions in production throughout the day. 

Work schedule:
Days - Sunday thru Thursday
Hours - 8:00 pm to approximately 6:30 am or when orders are completed
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead team to achieve KPI goals
• Hands on position, filling in as or when needed
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
• Follow the production schedule to manufacture the proper product and quantity

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must have good communication and people skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
