As a maintenance assistance, you will divide your time between the office and the field as necessary. Daily procedures and responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Fair Housing laws and procedures
• Answering all incoming calls and provide excellent and knowledgeable customer service
• Effectively navigating Buildium, our property management software, to receive and send work orders as well as update tenant and property files
• Efficiently communicate with homeowners, tenants and vendors
• Move in, and Move out inspections as needed
• Working with the field agent to process turns
• Performing periodic inspections of rental properties as needed
• Assisting our team of property managers in overseeing maintenance vendors, and ensuring homes are move-in ready
• Resident retention and customer service
• Oregon landlord tenant law and overall rental procedures

Required

• Driver's license with clean abstract
• High School Diploma/GED

This position is full-time and includes; bonuses, paid holidays, PTO and sick pay. Weekends are required, schedule is open for discussion.

Function out of our Hillsboro office

Must be able to travel throughout the Portland Metro Area, St Helens, Woodburn and East Portland. Use of company vehicle, when available or mileage reimbursement with use of personal vehicle.

Opportunity to acquire your Property Management license with all costs covered by the company and paid time given for study.
