Title: Technical Education Teacher
Terms of employment: Full time school year 
Reports to: Building Principal 
This is a full-time middle school tech education position teaching sixth, seventh and eighth grade students.
The position involves working within a teaming structure and requires a solid understanding of middle school philosophy and best practices. The candidate will have a technical education background, have the ability to provide a wide range of unified arts experiences and the ability to use student data to inform instruction. The candidate will also demonstrate a solid understanding of competency-based instruction and grading. The candidate will also have the ability to plan collaboratively with the Unified Arts team. In addition, teachers will have an advisory group and work to develop/implement Project-Based Learning.
