SAU #53 Preschool is looking for a compassionate and caring school nurse to provide health services to students in preschool. Responsibilities include treating injuries, mild to acute illnesses, supporting students with chronic illnesses, writing short term and long term health plans, tracking immunizations, screenings, and medication according to district, state and federal guidelines/policies. Experience with SNAP and/or ALMA would be helpful. Compensation will commensurate with experience and credentials.

Communication with kindergarten teachers for transition will be valuable as well.

This is a part time (.8 of a full time position)

This position will provide support for preschool students only, as the preschool will be in a separate building next school year and in the foreseeable future.

Pay: $36,863.00 - $66,060.00 per year
