The Edward Fenn Elementary School, a Grade K through 5 School in Gorham, New Hampshire,is seeking a highly qualified passionate educator to join their staff as the Building Principal. Theschool, which is located in the heart of the White Mountains, has a current enrollment of 250students.The successful candidate will have: Administrative certification from the State of New Hampshire A minimum of 3 5 years of classroom teaching experience is preferred. A passion for education and the ability to lead, inspire, and challenge a team ofdedicated, well-qualified, and enthusiastic teachers. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Building strong positive relationships with all educational stakeholders.
Analyzing, sharing, and using school and achievement data to develop and implementthe school improvement plan. Working with teachers, parents, students to ensure appropriate programming for allstudents. Identifying and supporting staff training needs.
