The Executive Director of Operations and Special Projects serves as the third-in-line District leader alongside the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent and is responsible for the coordination and implementation of effective organizational systems preK-12 to meet student needs and drive student learning; the development and sustainment of a healthy district climate and culture; the planning, coordination, and communication of facility maintenance schedules and capital improvements; the mining and sharing of district non-academic data across all domains to inform strategic decision-making; the realization of multi-faceted district special projects at the direction of the Superintendent; the implementation of the policies, procedures, and regulations of the District; and the building of leadership capacity among the District admin team to promote a safe and connected learning environment for all students and staff that results in high levels of growth and learning.Full Time Year-Round PositionSalary commensurate with experience and educationCertificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) and/or Doctorate preferred; Minimum of Masters Degree in Educational Leadership or equivalentExperience as a District-level administrator is preferred; Minimum as a building level administrator for the last five (5) yearsNH DOE Certification as Superintendent preferred; Minimum NH DOE Certification in School Administration/Educational Leadership or comparable certificationPlease submit a letter of interest, resume, and three letters of reference, copies of original transcripts and copy of certification.For full job description and application please go to www.applitrack.com/timberlane/onlineappTimberlane Regional School District is an Equal Opportunity Employer
