As the Yoga Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Program Development: You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative programs that align with our organization's objectives and cater to the needs of our clients. This entails creating class schedules, selecting appropriate yoga styles, and ensuring a diverse range of offerings to accommodate different skill levels.

2. Instructor Supervision and Training: You will oversee a team of instructors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality yoga classes. This includes conducting regular evaluations, organizing training sessions, and facilitating professional development opportunities for our instructors.

3. Client Relations: Building strong relationships with our clients is crucial. You will be responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with our members, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our yoga programs. Your role will involve gathering feedback and implementing necessary improvements to enhance the overall client experience.

4. Marketing and Promotion: As the Yoga Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and promotion for our yoga programs. This includes creating engaging content, organizing yoga workshops or events, and leveraging social media platforms to increase awareness and participation.

5. Administrative Tasks: You will handle various administrative duties such as managing class registrations, maintaining accurate records of attendance, and ensuring that the space is clean and well-maintained. You will also be responsible for managing inventory and ordering necessary supplies.

6. Scheduling: The yoga manager is responsible for creating and maintaining the schedule of classes, workshops, and events. This involves coordinating with yoga instructors to determine their availability and assigning them to specific time slots. The manager should ensure that the schedule is balanced, offering a variety of class types and levels throughout the week to accommodate different preferences and skill levels.

7. Budgeting: You will create budgets and keep track of them. Give Sandra and I updates. This includes setting pricing for classes and services, monitoring financial performance, and making adjustments as needed. Managing the budget will ensure we optimize resources and make informed decisions to support the growth and success of the organization.

8. Record-keeping: Maintaining accurate records is crucial for various aspects of the SHW operations. You should keep track of client registrations, attendance records, and membership information. This helps in monitoring client engagement, evaluating class popularity, and identifying trends. Additionally, accurate records are important for financial purposes, such as tracking revenue and managing client payments.

9. Membership management: If the yoga studio offers membership options, you will be responsible for managing the membership program. This includes processing membership applications, renewals, and cancellations. You should ensure that membership benefits are clearly communicated to members and that any member-related inquiries or concerns are addressed promptly.

10. Communications: You will play a key role in communication with clients. This involves ensuring that the studio's website and social media platforms are up-to-date with accurate class schedules, pricing, and any other relevant information. You may also send out regular newsletters or emails to inform clients about upcoming events, workshops, or changes in the schedule.
