Job Summary

We are seeking a charismatic, driven Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to expand our reach and enhance our capabilities through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will excel in building and nurturing relationships with associations, insurance agents, investment brokerages, big brands, and insurance companies to utilize our advanced online marketplaces for quoting and enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with potential strategic partners across various sectors including associations, financial institutions, and large corporate entities.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements that align with company goals and provide mutual benefits.
  • Leverage our proprietary technology platforms to offer tailored insurance solutions to partners and their clientele.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of services to new partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory insurance licensing requirements.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic sales, partnership development, or business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Licensed insurance agent is a plus.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.

Pay: $77,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
