As a Competitive Vehicle Scheduler, you will coordinate the purchasing and/or rental process for competitive vehicles and manage a fleet of vehicles for their complete lifecycle. Competitive Vehicle Scheduler Responsibilities include: Coordinate with Engineering team to plan upcoming budget and purchases. Facilitate vehicle ordering and acquisition through purchasing software systems. Receive, inspect, weigh, and plate new vehicles/rentals. Track usage of the vehicle fleet. Request both domestic and international shipments. Run both monthly and quarterly inventory reports. Submit paperwork for vehicle disposals going to scrap or auction. Conduct lot audits as requested. Attend meetings, field questions and concerns. Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision. Competitive Vehicle Scheduler Qualifications and Skills: Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be customer service oriented. Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills. Must be a self-starter. Must be a reliable team player. 1-year customer service experience preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred.
