As a File Room Disposal Coordinator, you are responsible for inspecting vehicles, completing the proper forms for the vehicles, and updating computer systems and spreadsheets. Schedule: The hours for this position are Monday- Friday 7:40am - 4:00pm. File Room Disposal Coordinator Responsibilities Include: Complete all paperwork on vehicles daily. Pull files, keys, and registrations for employees daily. Send files and keys to other locations per work order daily. Complete claim forms when requested. Complete refresh and repair forms when requested. Update vehicle information for every vehicle in the computer systems. Run disposal reports daily. Distribute repair and refresh packets when requested. Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.File Room Disposal Coordinator Qualifications and Skills: Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Must be customer service oriented. Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills. Must be detail-oriented. Must be a reliable team player. 1-year customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred.File Room Disposal Coordinator Working Conditions and Physical Demands Include: 50% of your job will consist of you sitting while working.
