Job Description – Signage Installer

We are a growing South San Francisco company looking for a full time sign Installer to join a friendly and talented team of professionals. The candidate must be a self-starter who is also creative, highly- motivated and works well in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, be able to take detail directions and be organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct all installs with high degree of attention to detail, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Installations include:
• window graphics,
• interior lobby signs
• corporate office signs,
• dimensional letters,
• ADA braille signs,
• Posts and post signs,
• building maps and directories, etc.
• Post and pole signage

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills, eye for detail, verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing whole numbers and fractions, converting fractions to decimals and vice versa).
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions, maps and read basic construction plans.
• Highly detail ordinated and able to multi task and work under pressure to output high quality work.
• Able to professionally use light power tools, tape measure, level, drill, etc.
• Must have valid driver's licenses and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with deadlines.
• Ingenuity and problem solving skills/creativity.
• Past experience in a signage a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Have the flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

Compensation

• Pay based on experience level.
