```Duties```
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC
- Inspect buildings and equipment for potential issues and make necessary repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using schematics and technical manuals
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to address any concerns or questions

```Requirements```
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to supervise and lead a team when necessary
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience in performing general maintenance tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage projects and tasks
