We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Web Management and Marketing Coordinator. This role involves managing our company's online presence, including website management and marketing activities.

Technology Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management:
• Manage and update company websites using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Implement front-end tasks such as content updates, minor design changes, and ensuring website functionality.
• Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
• Marketing Coordination:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various online platforms to promote products and services.
• Create engaging content for social media channels, email newsletters, blogs, and other digital mediums.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials including posters, banners, social media graphics, and email templates.
• Graphic Design Support:
• Assist in the creation of visually appealing marketing materials to maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all marketing collateral aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Content Coordination:
• Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to ensure website content aligns with marketing objectives and brand messaging.
• Coordinate the integration of multimedia elements such as videos and images into website pages and marketing materials.

Technology Specialist Qualifications:

• Bachelors/High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in web design, building websites, or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in website management and marketing coordination.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of front-end web technologies including PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
