Sarco Properties is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Boardman, OH

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of properties and systems to identify and resolve issues

- Perform preventive maintenance on properties

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Assist with facilities maintenance, including painting, carpentry, and general repairs

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Strong leadership and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Prior experience supervising or leading a team is a plus
