Overview
Saratoga Medical has openings for four full-time Chemists at the National Institiute of Mental Health (NIMH) in Bethesda,MD.
Responsibilities
- Work with staff on the micro, accurate, and precise analysis of plasma and other tissues radio-metabolites
- Report on status of research activities orally and through contribution to written reports
- Work with staff to develop experimental procedures and research protocols
- Maintain rodent colony breeding
- Perform a variety of biochemical techniques and advanced analysis to complete studies with biological fluids and tissues of multiple origins, including rodent surgery and tissue
Qualifications
- Must have Ph.D. in Chemistry
- Two years of experience with analytical chemistry technology, including HPLC, radio-HPLC, and radioisotope
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
