Saratoga County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Saratoga Springs, NY

*We have offices in Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park and Schenectady. Our patient care specialists are required to be able to work in any one of the 3 office locations.*

Our fast-paced Oral and Maxillofacial surgery practice has an immediate opening for a receptionist/patient care specialist. Among other daily responsibilities, our patient care specialists check-in patients, prepare patient charts, confirm appointments, verify insurance coverage, file and answer phones. They provide direct support to our surgeons and to our patients.

The position requires a superior personality and fine attention to detail. Prior dental or medical office experience is preferred. Familiarity with electronic patient record management is also a plus!

Health insurance, 401k and profit sharing plans are offered to our employees. Salary is based on experience. We are anxious to interview qualified and motivated professionals.
