ARMs provide direct care support to the people we work with. They train new employees, supervising the shift they're working on. They help staff gain skills needed to move their career along too.
Working on the weekly schedule they help find coverage for and fill in when needed at their home and at other houses. ARM's manage the food shopping orders. ARM's are in the on-call rotation and help people think through problems, and emergencies. They balance everyone's bank account and ensure funds are withdrawn for events that the individual wants to attend.With the person, they plan trips and vacations near or far.
Our base pay range is $19.10 to $22.00 depending on the work location. We have differentials for weekends and overnights. We have great benefits including, heath, vision and dental insurance, life insurance, vacation time, sick time and holiday time.
