Responsible for coordination, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of donor data tracking and acknowledgement system, including gift entry, reporting and donor stewardship.

Data Management

-Responsible for data entry, security, and maintenance of all donor and prospect records and files, including full documentation as to sources and purposes of all gifts.

-Ensures accurate donor records.

-Builds donor pipelines by identifying trends in giving activity.

-Responds to requests for donor record maintenance.

Systems Support

-Serves as resident expert on Raiser's Edge gift processing and best practices.

-Imports gift and donor records electronically from a variety of external sources.

-Ensures quality recordkeeping through regular data maintenance.

Reports

-Manages the production of scheduled and on-demand targeted mailing lists, letters, and data pulls in a timely fashion for events, direct mail and other communications campaigns.

-Provides weekly, monthly, yearly and as needed reports on gift activity.

Gifts

-Follows industry best practices for gift processing.

-Ensures that appropriate and accurate acknowledgement is made for each contribution in a timely manner.

-Delivers accurate, high volume gift entry from multiple sources.

-Supports finance team on month-end and year-end reconciliation.

-Manages pledge installment scehdules and sends timely and thoughtful donor reminders.

Other Duties

-Cooperatively accepts other duties as assigned.

- Require an Associate degree and three (3) to five (5) years of computer database and office software systems and procedures experience, or equivalent combination.

- Prefer knowledge and experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and/or other donor Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.- Prefer excellent written and oral communication skills.- Prefer the ability to work independently and/or in groups.- Prefer organizational skills involving administrative processes and in working with colleagues and support staff.- Prefer the ability to work as an integral part of a fundraising team.- Prefer proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software.- Prefer self-motivated with ability to work under deadlines.- Prefer detail oriented with excellent record keeping skills.
