If you're a self-starter with keen attention to detail, we have the perfect opportunity for you: a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist position.
As part of our dedicated finance team, you'll play a critical role in managing and optimizing our accounts receivable process. Don't miss this chance to elevate your career in a supportive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and post customer payments related to accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate and dispatch customer invoices in alignment with company protocols.
  • Update and maintain customer records, including adjustments due to mergers, name changes, or address updates.
  • Develop standardized correspondence for overdue accounts and actively engage with account holders to facilitate payments.
  • Produce custom reports on account statuses as needed.
  • Investigate account discrepancies and overdue payments, collaborating with the Collections Manager and relevant teams.
  • Assist in monthly billing statement creation based on the general ledger.
  • Support the Accounting Manager in monthly revenue account reconciliations.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Capable of independent work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proactive in anticipating work requirements and maintaining customer relations.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years in a related role is not essential but preferred.
