Our client, a fast-growing wealth management firm, is seeking a talented Lead Salesforce Developer / Architect to join their team. In this position, you will play a key role in migrating our client away from a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and establishing an in-house Salesforce team. You will be responsible for both hands-on development work and setting the architectural direction for our client's Salesforce instance.

This is a hybrid position that requires 2-3 days per week onsite in Miami. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship now or in the future. No C2C as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of our client's Salesforce platform away from an MSP to an in-house team.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
• Architect and develop custom solutions, integrations, and extensions on the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and industry trends.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and updates, and recommend enhancements to optimize platform performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce platform, including hands-on development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations, including migrating from Managed Service Providers to in-house teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Financial Services Cloud or Salesforce Certified Architect are highly desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud required. Experience with Financial Services Cloud preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working in wealth management or another finance-related environment is a plus.
