SAR Apartment Capital is growing! We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The projects reside in Columbus Ohio and are well capitalized. The company is involved in the ownership and management of apartments, as well as construction of multi family developments.

HVAC experience is a must.

Must have basic knowledge in electrical and plumbing repairs

Must be available after hours for emergency calls
