SAPPHIRE PEDIATRICS is Hiring a Practice Manager Near Denver, CO
Sapphire Pediatrics is a 7 Physician, privately owned, pediatric practice seeking an experienced pediatric practice manager to join our team! Sapphire is dedicated to personalized quality care for patients aged newborn to 21.
Practice Manager is responsible for day to day operations of the office, including staffing, human resources management, strategic planning, project management follow through, EMR (specifically EPIC) maintenance, and strategic planning with physician owners, and maintaining a collegial team environment. In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing the responsibility of assistant manager, who primarily works as a billing company liaison and in patient and insurance collections.
This practice is a high-functioning practice with involved owners on-site. Autonomy of manager is expected in routine tasks, alongside a collegial and co-management approach with owners.
Successful candidates will have office manager/practice manager experience, experience with HR highly preferred, clinical experience (MA, LPN, RN or similar) preferred, and EMR/billing experience, with a desire for long-term, professional, employment.
This position offers health insurance, 401k, vision and dental benefits.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
