JOB SUMMARY:
Working as a Caregiver in our Community Based Care facility you will maintain the highest quality of care by ensuring our residents needs aremet while providing supportive companionship. Sapphire will provide the training and resources to keep our Caregiver's engaged and retain top quality skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist residentsin their daily living activities
• Complete required documentation timely and accurately
• A Caregiver will participate inlife enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
• Provides emotional supports and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
• Assists with serving resident meals
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Fostersa supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
• Present for staff meetings and trainings
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• NAC/CNA or NAR or HCA acquired within 120 days of hire
• Must be 18 years of age
