As a Fast Food Cashier, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, ensuring every guest receives prompt, high-quality service with a smile.

Here's what you'll be doing :

• Welcoming guests warmly and expressing gratitude for their business, encouraging them to return
• Handling incoming shipments
• Maintaining restroom cleanliness
• Keeping the menu board spick and span
• Participating in crew safety meetings
• Striving to meet and surpass speed of service targets, both personally and as a team
• Addressing any bottlenecks in food prep to improve service speed
• Promptly reporting any safety, sanitation, or security issues to management and implementing immediate solutions
• Following cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling procedures diligently
• Seeking guidance from colleagues to enhance your understanding of restaurant financial management
• Completing all tasks assigned by management

Requirements

Prior experience as baker, cook, line cook, restaurant crew member, team member, kitchen crew, boh is very helpful to the success at this job

Additional qualifications for the position include :

• Minimum 16 years of age
• Willingness and ability to learn
• Strong team-working skills
• Willingness to adhere to the dress code and to maintain a high level of personal hygiene
• Willing to obtain food handlers permit per state requirements; paid for by Sapp Bros.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to provide proper documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background, drug screen and employment reference check

Physical Demands :

Regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear. Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with arms and hands.
