• his position joins a very detail-oriented and aggressive workgroup that works closely with engineers, distribution electricians, and technologists who perform asset analysis, including asset lifecycle analysis, return on investment analysis, etc.
• In addition, DAM contracts with and oversees utility asset maintenance programs, utilizing internal and contracted resources to execute on rehabilitation projects on some of the most challenging issues facing the distribution system.
• The business analyst will assist with data input, work order creation, data aggregation, and input, vendor contract performance monitoring and workload scheduling, performance monitoring, and audit metrics.

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Managing Vendor Performance through the creation of dashboards and analytic deliverables
2. Creating/manipulating data in Excel (pivot tables, etc.)
3. Experience utilizing visualization tools for reporting, analysis, and project management including but not limited to Excel, Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, etc.
4. Experience in cost-benefit analysis and total cost of ownership modeling
5. Experience performing requirements development and process modeling
6. Experience in developing process models and data flow diagrams using industry-standard modeling techniques
7. Experience in selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new concepts
8. Experience with project coordination from inception to completion.
9. Experience using PowerBI and/or Tableau
10. Experience using Maximo
11. Experience with work management systems, creating/updating work orders, generating material orders, and working with asset management data sets for analytics, visualization, etc.
12. Experience maintaining databases for various documentation tracking for coordination of electrical construction projects.
13. Experience reviewing electrical prints for accuracy to improve construction coordination.
14. Experience cataloging, interpreting, reporting on, and visualizing field inspection data for use in operation.
15. Experience with project coordination of utility distribution projects from inception to completion.
