Summary & Role Information

The HR Business Partner (Customer Success) role partners with mid & senior level executives within SAP, providing HR consultation to the team on leadership, management, organization and people strategy.

This position collaborates with the Business, Finance, Operations and the Global HR Service Delivery / Centers of Excellence orgs in order to execute against both the Business Strategy and the People Strategy -- and leverages SAP’s One Team of HR programs and specialists to bring HR offerings to bear on the assigned Business organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy by Area: Translates SAP's HR strategy into strategic people programs and initiatives.
  • Team & Organization Development: End-to-end responsibilities for team and organization development activities and strongly consults business leaders
  • Workforce Insights & Planning: Scope, set-up and delivery of workforce planning activities in line with business needs.
  • Transformation Management: Transformation to THE cloud company, supporting complex cross-functional projects by managing change & transformation.

Experience

  • 8 years overall working experience with 5 years as a HRBP or comparable working experience.
  • Experience in HR topics such as: Talent, Leadership, Compensation, Org Design, Succession, Learning, D&I, Employee Relations
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching, conflict resolution, influencing, relationship and team building
  • Superior customer-orientation – high degree of accountability and meeting the customer need is important to you. You think from a consumer-driven point of view as a champion of the consumer experience.

Education

  • Bachelor’s/4-year degree. Advanced / Master’s degree preferred
