Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

$18-$21/hr based on certification, experience, qualifications, and location

Santiago & Friends is a non-profit ABA provider under Latino Leadership, focused on providing quality services in the Central FL area. Our Sanford location provides ABA services to clients and their families allowing our staff to work from one comprehensive location.

Job Descriptions and Skills:

• Provide direct ABA therapy to individuals with Autism or other related disabilities
• Implement interventions within client’s Behavior Improvement Plans, as designed by the BCBA/BCaBA.
• Respond appropriately to feedback during supervision sessions
• Complete digital objective session notes within 24 hours of session completion
• Take data during sessions via digital data collection through the CentralReach platform
• Direct all ideas, concerns, and parent reports to the Lead Analyst/BCBA on the case
• Attend monthly staff meetings
• Attend monthly Parent Workshop, Social Hour, and other events, as needed.

Requirements:

• Current RBT credential
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Possess, or be able to attain, a Medicaid ID number
• Bilingual a plus
• Computer literate with reliable internet access

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
