Santaluz Animal Care is a three-year-old practice that made it through the pandemic and is now ready to re-engage its original vision to create a revolutionary model of veterinary care through a personalized, modern, Fear Free approach.

We intend to accomplish this by using integrative, regenerative, and progressive medicine alongside traditional medicine to address the whole pet and deliver concierge-level services, where clients are jealous of the quality of healthcare provided to their pets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Being the face of the hospital with all of our guests.

• Coordinating a busy phone system while providing personalized services.

• Communicate with clients/owners about the status of a patient as directed by the veterinarian

• Follow up on visits, requests, communications, and concerns from our guests.

• Operate and maintain the front end of the hospital, including maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area and exam rooms.

• Prepare check-in documents, including consent and release forms from clients.

• Communicate patient status with oncoming staff and veterinarians and update records and financial information, as needed in the computer

• Work with the Reception Team to ensure a personalized experience for every guest.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures

• Phone etiquette and answering skills

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Range for CSR I : $18 - $22 per hour

Desired Experience:

• Receptionist/Phone experience: 1 years
