Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Team Member. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional setting with children and/or teens, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be comfortable with basic computer operations.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the gym, including turning on lights in the snack bar area and placing mats by doors.
- Unlock and lock doors during and between class times.
- Check-in students for classes, explain gym etiquette, and communicate house rules.
- Address questions and concerns, providing solutions and support to parents and students.
- Take inventory and restock merchandise and snack bar items.
- Utilize a B-coin POS system to process purchases from the snack bar.
- Organize office and storage areas.
- Conduct outreach and cold calls to potential clients.
- Perform bathroom and office maintenance tasks.
- Assist management with daily and weekly tasks.
Requirements:
- Genuine love for working with children.
- Previous experience in a professional setting with children and/or teens.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- CPR and first-aid certification.
- Ability to maintain a drama-free environment.
