What do we really do?
We help the children and families we serve achieve peace today and possibilities for tomorrow! We may teach the child how to communicate, how to make friends, or how to negotiate situations that are hard for them. Since every child we work with is different and every family has different goals and values, this looks different for each person. The underlying purpose in all we do is to improve the lives of the people we work with.
Who are we looking for?
Compassionate people who love children and who want to serve others through the amazing power of behavioral science. We are a small organization and so are looking for people who are excited to build something awesome with us. The ideal candidate is someone who loves playing with children and is excited to collaborate with our awesome team to improve the lives of the families we serve.
What does the job look like?
After initial (fully paid) training you will provide 1:1 in-home therapy sessions to children diagnosed with autism. You will implement the treatment plan designed by our clinicians in a fun, play based session. You may help the child learn how to communicate, how to be flexible, or even how to make friends. Even after you are trained and in the field our team of dedicated supervisors will overlap with you weekly to make sure you are fully supported in serving our clients.
