Santa Ana Security Services INC is Hiring an Unarmed Security Guard Near Los Angeles, CA
-Seeking for one unarmed guards with current guard card; we are not going to accept any candidate without a valid and current guard card and driving license.
-We are seeking guards who understand some Spanish and speak fluent English.
-ALL guards must have a valid SSN and at least a valid work permit.
-Guards must have a DRIVING LICENSE including an acceptable driving record meaning not having reckless driving record, DUIs, etc.
-Main duty will be taking care of one apartment building of 30 units i.e. surveillance, foot patrolling, help in the best possible the residents, and be proactive as best possible.
-Guards must be responsible, have good attitude, have common sense, have a good presence, and arrive 15 min before shift starts.
-Start payment is $18 per hour. We pay every two weeks. Payment is thru a payroll; meaning taxes will be deducted from each check.
-Guards must have their own equipment meaning belt, pepper spray, handcuffs, and flashlight. Must be dressed with black pants, black shoes, we will provide one company shirt.
-Guards must have common sense of how to handle a company smart phone and radio to communicate.
-Eventually we are going to expand more the service on West LA area; meanwhile shifts are Fridays and Sundays. Friday from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am (12 hours).
-Se buscan dos guardias desarmados con tarjeta de guardia vigente (guard card) no aceptaremos a nadie que no tenga su tarjeta de guardia vigente.
-Preferimos guardias que entiendan algo de español y que hablen bien Ingles.
-Todos los candidatos deben de contar con numero de seguro social y por lo menos permiso de trabajo.
-Los guardias deben tener una licencia de conducir que incluya un historial de conducción aceptable, es decir, no tener antecedentes de conducción imprudente, DUI, etc.
-Los guardias deben ser responsables, tener buena actitud, tener sentido común, tener buena presencia y llegar 15 min antes del inicio del turno.
-El pago es de $18 por hora. Pagamos cada quincena. El pago es a través de nómina; lo que significa que los impuestos se deducirán de cada cheque.
-Los guardias deben contar con su propio equipo: cinturón, gas pimienta, esposas y linterna. Deberá vestirse con pantalón negro, zapatos negros, otorgaremos una camisa de la empresa.
-La tarea principal será cuidar un edificio de apartamentos de 30 unidades, es decir, vigilancia, patrullaje a pie, ayudar lo mejor posible a los residentes y ser lo más proactivo posible.
-Eventualmente vamos a ampliar más el servicio en el área Oeste de Los Ángeles (West LA); mientras tanto los turnos son viernes a domingo de 7:00 pm a 7:00 am (12 horas)
