SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is Hiring a RN Wound Care Nurse Near Fayetteville, NC
Village Green Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Wound Care Nurse to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.
Wound Care Nurse must have unrestricted RN / LPN license.
Wound Care Nurse Duties:
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing
Wound Care Nurse will plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services, and health education to our residents
Positions require patience, compassion, and a desire to care for the residents in a gentle and empathetic manner
Wound Care Nurse Responsibilities:
The Wound Care Nurse establishes standards of care and clinical competencies
Assess, document, and rack "present on admission" wound issues
Establishes training programs to ensure competence
Coordinates, negotiate, procure and manage skin and ostomy care
Targets patients with complex wounds, and skin integrity issues external to organization
Participates in performance improvement initiatives related to skin and ostomy care
