Our company is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work long hours in a long term-care facility. The right candidate will have a background in nursing, as well as a degree in either health or business. The LPN position is responsible for providing direct care to individuals who are unable to care for themselves and providing assistance to other medical staff by assisting with daily activities and serving as a medical resource for staff and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors and nurses in the treatment and care of patients.
• Monitor patients' conditions and notify physicians when their health status changes.
• Assist in administering medications and other treatments to patients.
• Gather and record patient data.
• Prepare and serve meals to patients.
• Meet with patients' families to discuss their needs, condition, and progress.
• Communicate with other healthcare providers regarding a patient's progress.
