Sansaction is Hiring a Site Manager Near Franklin, PA

We are seeking an exceptional individual to oversee construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, all while upholding impeccable quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to promptly identify and resolve safety hazards and quality concerns.
  • Enforce compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits.
  • Lead and inspire on-site construction team members to meet project objectives.
  • Maintain open communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any issues.
  • Accurately document daily activities, including work hours, materials usage, and progress.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures concerning health, safety, and environmental protection.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in construction supervision or management.
  • Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Preferred certifications include OSHA and relevant training in construction safety.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
