Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sign-in sheets and job site roster; log data into Excel.
• Coordinate with temp labor companies; ensure time accuracy and upload summaries to SharePoint.
• Enter time into Foundation and ExakTime (training provided).
• Track daily headcount and facilitate new hire onboarding.
• Ensure safety orientations; document attendance for payroll.
• Communicate concerns with the project team and support site activities.
• Coordinate site equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience.
• Work 40-50 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays.
• Willing to travel and work onsite/remote.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-driven and capable of multi-tasking.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
