Sano Health and Care is Hiring a Patient Care Coordinator Assisstant Team Lead Near Kansas, MO

POSITION SUMMARY

You might be a great fit for our Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Assistant Team Lead. This position is an opportunity to work closely with a team and grow your leadership skills. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY 

  • Works closely with the PCC Team Lead
  • Checks and audits timekeeping and maintains time and attendance records for team members.
  • Guiding the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Assisting the Human Resources team with recruitment, selection, training, and performance management activities.
  • Responsible for assisting with new employee onboarding and training for PCC Department.
  • Addressing any conflicts within the team alongside the Team Lead that may arise.
  • Increasing team motivation and sharing positive feedback and praise.
  • Circulating company information and updates within the team.
  • Co-hosting team meetings and communicating their results to management.
  • Assists management in the development and implementation of procedures that improve efficiency and increase safety.
  • Suggest and organize team building activities.
  • Listening to and addressing employee concerns, forwarding to management as appropriate.
  • Delegating tasks to team members and set deadlines for internal team.
  • Responds timely and appropriately to team members needs.
  • Acts as back up for PCC team coverage at all F.I.T. Muscle and Joint locations.
  • Participates in administrative meetings and in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Attends training and seminars (via online or in person) as appropriate to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  • Fosters positive employee relations and works to solve employee issues that surface.
  • Assist the Team Lead with overseeing day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
  • Assists in performance evaluation.
  • Ensuring a safe and tidy workplace for employees.
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS 

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent 

• Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus. 

• Experience leading a team considered an asset. 

• 3-5 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. 

Monday - Friday (possibly occasional Saturdays) between the hours of 7am to 7pm.
