Job Purpose:

Assembler : Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

Able to perform soldering and board rework for SMT/TH including very fine pitch devices.

Perform rework based on the ECO, Process Deviation, and/or MPI instruction using certain type of solder/Flux (Leaded/Lead-Free clean or No clean process).

Must Understand ESD, Board handling, and Safety Practices.

Education and Experience:

•  Manual dexterity skills.
•  Knowledge of rework/repair of PCBs to IPC 7711/7721. • Knowledge of IPC J-standard.
•  Able to use a microscope to solder rework for extended periods.
•  Ability to communicate and follow the manufacturing process Instruction in English.
•  Previous knowledge (2-4years) of electronic sub assemblies & system integration.
•  Be able to lift up to 15-30 pounds.
•  Be able to work during weekend & flexibility time if needed.

Salary Range(annual): $37,000-$46,000
