3rd Shift Molding Supervisor - Turtle Lake, WI

Job Purpose: To plan, direct and supervise injection molding employees in their day to day manufacturing assignments.

Nature of Duties:

· Familiarity with all aspects of injection molding machines (Electric and Hydraulic)

· Some previous knowledge of various grade resins or ability to learn the same

· Quick problem solving skills

· Decoupled molding techniques a plus

· Direct qualified subordinate employees to their machine assignments, based on skill levels

· Supervisor the day to day operators of machines and equipment

· Proficiently be able to operate all machinery.

· Locate and use all paperwork.

· Review proper set up all production jobs

· Review and confirm quality checks if needed.

· Possess the ability and knowledge to train operators in specifics of jobs.

· Locate or develop samples

· Ability to administer discipline in a tactful manner and with respect, to subordinate employees

· Basic computer skills needed, including Oracle, and other computer programs.

• Lead and Support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives within the facility.

Education and Experience: Prefer previous molding machine knowledge and skills. High School diploma. 1-2 years of experience required.
