Sanger Law Firm, P.C. is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Santa Barbara, CA

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis using various resources including Westlaw.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
- Assist in the preparation of cases for trial, including conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and organizing documents.
- Represent clients in criminal and civil court proceedings and other legal proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Admission to California State Bar and in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Experience in litigation, including courtroom experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
