Job Title: The Laboratory Director
Job Description: Sanford Federal is seeking qualified candidates for the position of The Laboratory Director to:
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in scientific research, leadership, and management roles within a research laboratory, academic institution, or similar environment.
- Knowledge of federal regulations, funding mechanisms, and compliance requirements relevant to research laboratories and DOE-funded facilities.
Job Requirements:
- Master of Management-related field.
- PMP or related certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience related to Scientific research.
