JOB OVERVIEW:

Sanford Federal, Inc. is currently seeking a supervisor to provide services at the Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center (CSPCRPCC) with previous experience with:

· janitorial services

· General cleaning and sanitizing procedures

· Safety Procedures

· Chemical Handling

· Equipment Usage

· Waste Disposal

· Emergency Procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleaning standards and ensure services are delivered as per client requirements.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and conduct training sessions for cleaning staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for the cleaning staff and clients.
  • Problem Solving: Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleaning services, taking appropriate corrective actions.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations for cleaning staff, recognizing achievements and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
