Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems and make necessary repairs.
- Design and install new air conditioning systems based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and service reports.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units.
- Experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for installation purposes.
- Proficient in welding and other fabrication techniques for system installation and repair.
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
