Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heating Technician to join our team. As a Heating Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating systems in residential settings. This is a full-time position or part-time with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Install new heating systems according to specifications

- Perform routine maintenance on heating units including annual tune ups of oil burning equipment.

- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating systems

- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or areas of improvement

- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience as a heating Technician or similar role

- Strong knowledge of heating systems

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and design plans

- Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform equipment repairs

- Familiarity with property maintenance practices

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (van driving may be required) Need Medical Card

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
