Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our business. You will assist the Manager in overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties:

- Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures

- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively

- Supervise employees, delegate tasks, and monitor their performance

- Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained

- Collaborate with the Manager to develop strategies to increase sales and meet business goals

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong team management abilities

- Proven sales experience

- Proficient in cash register operations and basic math skills

- Ability to supervise and motivate a team

- Effective time management skills
